Quota report when Saved Search Selected

I have the Commissions bundle enabled. I created a quota with a "Commissionable Item search" selected in the Saved Search field. However, I have not been able to see that Quota in any of the Quota reports.

Forecast vs. Quota shows quotas when no filters are selected only.

Forecast vs. Quota by Department, by Class or by Location.... show quotas when any of those filter where selected. However, when Saved Search is selected, I cannot find a report that shows that quota.
