Client wants to hire a NS Data Manager - where to find candidates?

I'm a CPA with a firm that has a good-sized accounting outsourcing practice. One of our clients uses NetSuite, and they want to hire a Data Manager but don't know where to find good candidates. I just joined the Support Community, and I am curious if there is a section of this community where users discuss recruiting employees with NS expertise. Does anyone have specific recommendations or advice that I can pass on to my client?

Here is a short summary of the primary responsibilities that this position would have:

●    Maintaining, updating and adding data in NetSuite and Power BI Systems.
