Showing Uncategorized Items on External Catalog Sites (WSDK) in NetSuite 2020.2

This notice is intended for customers who have an active External Catalog Site (WSDK) site, but Show Uncategorized Items is not checked on the website record.

What is Changing?

Starting with NetSuite 2020.2, if you want to display uncategorized items on your website, you must ensure the Show Uncategorized Items box is checked.

Recommended Actions

To review your uncategorized items and make them appear in your website, complete the following actions:

  1. Go to Setup > Site Builder > Web Site Management > View Uncategorized Items.
  2. If you want these items to display on your website, go to Setup > Site Builder > Set Up Web Site, and
