OpenAir Production Emergency Maintenance – November 15, 2020

This communication is to notify you of a service interruption on November 15, 2020 beginning at 2:00AM ET while we perform hardware maintenance that will impact access to your OpenAir production account.

OpenAir Production: Scheduled for a service interruption of approximately 1 hour on November 15, 2020 beginning at about 2:00AM ET. Also, scheduled jobs will be paused about 6 hours prior to this maintenance window.

Any users logged in during the service interruption period will need to log out and log back in after the maintenance completes in order to restore service.
