Witholding Tax Journal Creation

My Withholding Tax Setup for Tax Point is on Payment, but after done create Payment, why i cannot see the WHT Journal ? but i can see my AP Account has been reduce by WHT Amount.

Where can i check my WHT Journal creation ?
