Planned Outage to U.S. and Canada Bank Feeds Integration Services

Please be advised that our third-party application provider for the NetSuite Bank Feeds SuiteApp will undergo approximately six hours planned outage. The schedule of the planned outage is on Saturday, 05 December 2020, from 10:00 p.m. PST to 04:00 a.m. PST, Sunday, 06 December 2020.

During the outage, all connection and import requests to your financial institutions in the United States and Canada through the Bank Feeds SuiteApp will be unavailable. If you try connecting a new U.S. or Canadian financial institution to NetSuite or manually initiate an import request, you will receive a connection error message.

The planned outage will undertake routine maintenance that will help improve reliability, performance, and overall stability of the system.
