OpenAir Production Emergency Maintenance – December 5, 2020

This notice is intended for OpenAir customers. Some OpenAir customers will experience a service interruption on December 5, 2020 beginning at 9 PM PST while we perform hardware maintenance that will impact access to your OpenAir production account.

OpenAir Production: Scheduled for a service interruption of approximately 90 minutes on December 5, 2020 beginning at about 9 PM PST. Also, scheduled jobs will be paused about 6 hours prior to this maintenance window.

Any users logged in during the service interruption period will need to log out and log back in after the maintenance completes in order to restore service.
