Saved search to display Contracted Qty, Shipped Qty and Remaining Qty on Sales
Hi guys,
I would like to ask for some expert help on a saved search/result needed.
So, we are exporters and we use the Estimate option in Netsuite to issue Sales contracts per the total quantity sold. Once we confirm all the details under the contract, we issue one Sales Order per booking of containers (one sales contract can have multiple sales orders in different period of time).
We are trying to build in a saved search to show all our contracts lists (with the entire quantity contracted) and what has been shipped, and how much remaining. I thought we could either do this as a report; or is there other way to bring this information on the sales contract based on the sales orders that were issued on that contract?
