Please be advised that our authorized Account Integration Service Provider for the NetSuite Bank Feeds SuiteApp will undergo approximately four hours planned outage. Standard maintenance will take place to perform a database upgrade.
The schedule of the planned outage is on Saturday, 7 December 2024, from 10:00 p.m. Pacific Time to 2:00 a.m. Pacific Time, Sunday, 8 December 2024.
During the maintenance window, all connections and import requests to your financial institutions in the United States and Canada through the Bank Feeds SuiteApp will be unavailable. If you try to connect a new U.S. or Canada financial institution to NetSuite or manually initiate an import request, you will receive an error message.

NetSuite Performance Challenges
Hello,
I am wondering how other users have addressed performance issues with NetSuite - specifically with loading reports.
Currently, no one in our organization can use any of the standard reports in NetSuite or SuiteAnalytics datasets/workbooks. Any time you run a report, you wait about 5 minutes, and then the report times out. Adjusting the filters to narrow the search rarely helps. If I run a report with a 1 day date range, it's still too much for the system to handle. All of the standard financial reports cannot be used.
I know NetSuite well so I am looking for more than the general performance troubleshooting steps outlined in the NetSuite support documentation. Has anyone used the web services features to get data via API? Would we be able to pull the data into a third-party system much quicker? Although NetSuite assured us it could handle our volume before we onboarded, it clearly cannot and we are desperate for ways to analyze our data. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
