Back Orders for Purchases

Hello,

Scenario: I raise a purchase order for 10 items of inventory. I receive 3 items. I mark these items as received in Netsuite and then billed by the supplier. I still have 7 yet to received. I would like Netsuite to generate a back order for the 7 items still outstanding. Is this possible?
