Make lead nurturing emails show up in customer communications record?
I am wondering if there is a way to make lead nurturing emails sent through a marketing campaign via a workflow, show up in the communication records for leads/prospects/customers. The campaign tracks the total number of emails sent, opened, clicked through etc, but does not show you who the customers who did those actions are. It would be nice to have that data for analytics, and for sales reps to see that a customer has been emailed from a campaign to have that information for further activities.
