Duplicate Contact Merge: Preserve Primary Contact
We've got thousands of duplicate Contacts we need to merge and our plan was to have the system use "the most recent activity" as the Master. During testing we discovered we could potentially "lose" the Contact flagged with the Primary Contact role if its not the one most recently updated.
Is there anyway to setup a duplicate merge where you can define the record with the Primary Role as the "Master?
Thanks -
