Sales Activity by Customer Detail Report: Mine or My Team

Is there anyway to create a dynamic filter on the Sales Activity By Customer Detail Report that mimics the equivalent of -Mine- or -My Team-, similar to a saved search? I'd like to apply this to either the Sales Activity: Author or the Sales Activity: Assigned fields so we can place a report snapshot on users dashboards. Thanks -
