Journal entries between intercompany accounts

Our balance sheet is a mess! I am charged with cleaning it up. We currently have 10 intercompany accounts on the books and I would like to combine the balances and move forward with 2, one due from and one due to. NetSuite isn't allowing me to make a journal entry between these accounts. Can you help me with a process to get this done?
