Deleted Record Saved Search, Need to Add Deletion Reason to the Saved Search please

We have a saved search for Deleted Records.

Management would like to know the reason that a PO was deleted

I edited the Saved Search by Deletion Reason is not available under the results

I also tried a formula to join the Deletion reason list, but it is also not available.
