How can a credit card fee be added to an invoice?
How can a credit card fee be added to an already created and paid (by credit card) invoice.
The scenario is one where the customer's default pay method is something other than credit card.
If they later choose to pay by credit card, how can the "fee" be captured and applied to the invoice? Typically this happens when their account has gone on hold and they bring the account current by use of a credit card.
