Transaction Reporting

Is it possible to report the Estimate/Quote and the corresponding Invoice in the same search? Since they are both transactions I see no way to display them as separate columns.

Our current workflow for our service division is Quote-to Projects (tasks get completed) then an Invoice is created off the quote. Since there is no good way to pull those records out of a Project based search, it would be nice to see if a quote has been invoiced at a 1000ft view. Instead of drilling down into so many records.

So just looking for a simple search, that shows the Quote & Amount along with a column showing the invoice number and amount.
