Search email from multiple results, custom body text???
I want to use the html body text on a search email that contains multiple results. How do I do this?
The help says "For search emails containing results from one record (single-record results), you can enter custom body text."
I love how this works but my search contains around 80 results, so the custom text does not appear.
Is there a way to get the same results for multiple record result searches?
