Planned Outage to U.S. and Canada Bank Feeds Integration Services
Please be advised that a third-party application provider for NetSuite Bank Feeds SuiteApp will undergo six hours of planned outage. The schedule of outage is on Saturday, 09 January 2021, from 10:00 p.m. PST to 04:00 a.m. PST, Sunday, 10 January 2021.
During the outage, all connections and import requests to your financial institutions in the United States and Canada through the Bank Feeds SuiteApp will be unavailable. If you try to connect a new U.S. or Canadian financial institution to NetSuite or manually initiate an import request, you will receive an error message.
Routine maintenance will take place during the planned outage. It is expected that the maintenance activity will help improve reliability, performance, and overall stability of the system.
