OpenAir | FTPS Protocol and Custom Remote Ports for Automatic Backup Service (ABS)

As a final reminder, OpenAir will stop supporting the FTPS protocol for the Automatic Backup Service. Additionally, OpenAir will stop supporting custom remote ports for Automatic Backup Service. This takes effect on January 20, 2021 on which date the FTPS protocol and custom remote ports will cease to work. This change is required as part of complying with internal security policies.

Customers that are using the FTPS protocol should switch to a supported protocol (SFTP or SCP) prior to January 20, 2021 to avoid disruption to their Automatic Backup Service. Customers that are using custom remote ports should utilize the default ports prior to January 20, 2021 to avoid disruption to their Automatic Backup Service.
