Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Changes to Deleting Subscription Usage in NetSuite 2021.1
This notice is intended for customers who use subscription billing in your NetSuite account. A change in NetSuite 2021.1 will affect how to remove subscription usage. As of NetSuite 2021.1, you will no longer be able to delete a subscription usage record. Instead, you will have to void the usage records associated with the subscription.
What Is Changing?
As of 2021.1, a Void button will be shown wherever there is subscription usage. After you void a subscription usage record, it will no longer be possible to edit the record.
After this change, when the SuiteScript 1.0 nlapiDeleteRecord method or the SuiteScript 2.0 record.delete method runs against a subscription usage, the record will be voided instead of being deleted.
Regards,
@Robert Nedelkow-Oracle | NetSuite Support Community Administrator
