NetSuite Support Assistant Now Available

The NetSuite Support Assistant SuiteApp is now available for install in your NetSuite account. The Support Assistant SuiteApp is a Customer Support chatbot service that, once installed, is accessible by any role from within your NetSuite account.

Benefits of using the NetSuite Support Assistant:

  • Improved self service for your support questions, providing an interactive Q&A tool with no wait time
  • Access to dynamic step-by-step solutions you will only find in the Support Assistant
  • Fast and easy access to multiple support knowledge repositories, including SuiteAnswers and the NetSuite Support Community
  • Reduced Administrator workload by providing users with an alternate resource for Q&A
