Change View History results limitation
Is there a preference I can set to return more than the 100 most recent results shown when I View History?
"Only the 100 most recent results are shown. To see all results, please run a search."
I know I can create a saved search.
The benefit of the View History feature is that we can perform a Ctrl + F to find specific text in a limited filtered database (Customer, Case, etc).
Saved Searches do not allow a "Filter" for Message or Memo text.
As a workaround the process is two steps:
I created a Saved Search with a Filter for Customer Name/ID "contains" that the User should populate as a first step. Next, the user must access Criteria>Filter>Message Text> and set the Description to Contains xxx.
