500 Error for a single user when attempting to access SuiteAnswers: "Something went wrong."

Troubleshooting a user issue where one user is receiving a 500 error when navigating to SuiteAnswers. NetSuite presents the following screen and the error: "Something went wrong. Please try again." with a link to the Home button.

So far we've cleared browser cache, tried incognito mode, different browsers and using a different PC; none have made any difference so far.

Thanks for any thoughts/suggestions!
