OpenAir | Change to Outbound IP Address

The OpenAir outbound IP Address will be changing in the upcoming weeks. The change will occur after March 1, 2021. The exact date of the change will not be communicated in advance.

Customers requiring allowlisting of IP addresses for connections for parts of the OpenAir service, such as Automatic Backup Service, and outbound scripts, must add the new IP address to their allowlists/firewall rules. The new IP address will be 129.213.169.163. Please note, emails are not affected by this change, as they already leverage this IP address.

Please share this notification with your IT/technical staff to ensure their awareness of these important changes.
