Custom Filter Field in Report Builder

I have a Report Builder Report Sales that I need to add the Sales Rep to the footer filter. I have tried all the Sales Rep fields available to this report and the results is ALL employees even though they are not sales reps.

The management requested that the filter only show the Sales Reps to reduce scrolling.

I created a 'list' called Sales Rep - Enhanced.



I created a custom transaction body field called Sales Rep - Enhanced in hopes of pulling the Sales Rep - Enhanced list into the field and pulling the field into the report builder footer filter.
