Reminder: Change in Custom Scripts using the Full Access Role in Onboarding/Offboarding Plans

This notice is intended for customers who are using the Onboarding/Offboarding Plans (OOP) SuiteApp. OOP SuiteApp version 1.02.1 was released on January 26, 2021.

What is Changing?

The Full Access role will be deprecated in NetSuite 2021.1. Onboarding/Offboarding Plans (Bundle ID: 244690) includes custom scripts that use the Full Access role. Starting January 26, 2021, OOP version 1.02.1 changed these custom scripts to run using the Administrator role.

Recommended Actions

The OOP SuiteApp will continue to work as intended after the SuiteApp is updated to version 1.02.1 in your account. However, issues may occur after your account is upgraded to NetSuite 2021.1. To avoid this, you should update the OOP script deployments and change the
