Workflow - Send Email to New Web Customers

I would like to create a workflow that will send an email to new customers after they place their first order via the website. I have a template set up, as well as a saved search. I am just having some trouble with setting up the workflow. The saved search I have created is not showing up in the "saved search condition" dropdown.

Can someone please help with the setup on the workflow and state?

Workflow: Record Type = Transaction; Sub-Type = Sales Order; Event Based; On Create

State: Trigger on= After Record Submit; Event Types = Approve; Contexts= Web Store;

Can't select the saved search under "saved search condidtion" on the state or "saved search filter" when I select scheduled on the workflow. Not sure what I am doing wrong, but I'd greatly appreciate some help with setting the conditions on this workflow.
