In Saved Search, is there a way to filter a filter

Hi,

I have several transaction saved searches with the employee filter. Mainly, our purpose is to be able to filter by sales person. However the filter brings in the results from all employees. Ex. we have 300 employees and 30 sales persons... the filter shows the 300 employees to select from.

Is there a way to limit to only show the sales persons?

And can filters be filtered by other filters? Example, each employee has a location field in their record. If I filter by Location A, I would want that the filter for Employee only shows the Sales Persons from Location A.
