Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

In a Summary Saved Search, is it possible to Highlight comparing a Sum field with a Max field?
We have a Saved Item Search to calculate the inventory sell value for inventory in a given project. We achieve this by grouping on the Related Project custom field, and we Sum the {quantityavailable}*{price} to get the total inventory sell value. We also have an Inventory Cap on each Project record, so the search joins that field, and the summary displays it as a Maximum (since it is the same for all items in a given project, obviously).
We want to have highlighting based on comparing the Sum of {quantityavailable}*{price} with the Inventory Cap on the Project (Maximum of Related Project : Inventory Cap). Specifically, we want the line to highlight in yellow if the Inventory Sell Value is 80% or more of the Inventory Cap, and in red if over the Inventory Cap.
