Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Migration of APM SuiteApp Data
This notice is intended for customers with the Application Performance Management (APM) SuiteApp (Bundle ID: 67350) installed in your account.
Oracle NetSuite will be migrating the APM SuiteApp data to servers in data centers built on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Migration Schedule
The migration of APM data will happen in phases. Migration is targeted to begin on February 15, 2021 for sandbox accounts and May 1, 2021 for production accounts.
What Is Changing?
Expect the following changes related to the migration:
- SuiteApp Downtime – The expected downtime for the data migration is up to one hour.
- Available Logs – The APM SuiteApp will display logs only for data collected after the migration. Logs for the 30 days before the migration date will not be available. If you need access to these logs after the migration, please contact NetSuite Customer Support.
