Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

OpenAir | Salesforce Connector
As a final reminder, OpenAir will stop supporting the deprecated legacy NetSuite OpenAir/Salesforce connector with effect from April 2021 with the OpenAir 2021.1 Release.
This change is required as Salesforce will deactivate the Salesforce endpoint used by the NetSuite OpenAir/Salesforce Connector effective with the Summer ’21 release of Salesforce. At that time, the OpenAir/Salesforce connector will stop working entirely.
Customers that need to integrate data between OpenAir and Salesforce should either switch to an alternative connector (for example, Celigo or Boomi), or use the NetSuite OpenAir XML/SOAP API, or NetSuite OpenAir Integration Manager.
Please share this notification with your IT/technical staff to ensure their awareness of these important changes.
Regards,
@Robert Nedelkow-Oracle | NetSuite Support Community Administrator
