Disable Revenue Recognition

Hello,

We have about 45,000 items which have a

1) Revenue Recognition Rule of "Immediately after Fulfillment"

2) Rev Rec Forecast Rule of "Forecast Revenue"

3) Create Revenue Plans on "Fulfillment"

We want to turn off Revenue Recognition entirely. We should never have implemented it.

How can we disable this for all items?
