Problems with bundle copy

I'm trying to copy a bundle from one account to another like this:

Then, I click the "copy" button, and it takes me to this page:

The problem is that sometimes the process success and it copies/updates the bundle to the target account, but sometimes the status never changes from pending to complete, and the only solution that I find is to delete the bundle from both accounts (if I'm updating) and start over again with the process, which is a problem if I already have created records in the target account.

Is that a Netsuite issue? How can I solve this problem?
