Reminder: NetSuite WMS 2021.1 includes significant enhancements that may affect your existing customizations.

When Do These Changes Take Effect?

After the NetSuite 2020.2 upgrade, new fields on the inventory detail subrecord replaced the previous carton and staging fields. The same updates carry over into NetSuite 2021.1.

What is Changing?

In NetSuite WMS 2020.2, the previous fields were replaced and hidden from the inventory detail subrecord. The subrecord on new and existing item fulfillments and pick tasks displayed the new fields, while still populating the hidden previous fields. NetSuite WMS 2021.1 implements the same behaviors. However, be reminded that all customizations that use the previous fields are no longer supported.
