Commission is not calculating

I have went to Setup-Sales -Sales Managment and made sure commission is set tup:

Set up both Employee schedule:

And Set up Commission Plan and assigned the sales rep to each:



But when I go to transaction-commission-approve or even Individual employee commission..it is blank.Nothing is being calculated...
