Workflow to alert sender that email was not sent per the Sent Email Search

Hello Everyone!

I've searched SuiteAnswers and this site and cannot find a solution or workaround to getting a workflow to send an email to NetSuite sender if any of their emails are NOT SENT per the Sent Emails Search that replaced the Undelivered Email Search.

I made a copy of the SENT EMAILS SEARCH and set criteria to only show results for Sender A with Status=Not Sent. I could use the Email Scheduler on the search; however, it only has the option to send once per day and not as a record is created/updated.

I thought I could create a workflow to handle this using the results of my modified saved search above, but still not working.
