All Oracle NetSuite Customers:


Oracle is providing notice to you that the additional new third party Subprocessor(s) or Oracle affiliate(s) identified below may process your Personal Data in the delivery of the Oracle NetSuite cloud services. This Subprocessor will process your Personal Data if the NetSuite System Administrator installs the Bank Feeds SuiteApp and if an authorized user with the Financial Institution Record Setup permission links their financial institution accounts to NetSuite to enable aggregation of their banking data.

Third Party Subprocessor(s) or Oracle Affiliate(s): NetSuite Account Center > Privacy Compliance Request > View Sub-Processor List.
