REMINDER: Your Sandbox Upgrade Date for NetSuite Release 2021.1
Phase 2 Release 2021.1 customers with sandbox(es) will be upgraded to NetSuite 2021.1 and will be taken offline to perform the upgrade. A separate notification has been sent to account administrators.
We are reserving 4 hours for this upgrade maintenance. However, many customer upgrades are completed much faster, within 45 to 60 minutes.
Important:
If you request a refresh between March 12. 2021 and your scheduled sandbox upgrade date, your sandbox will remain on 2020.2 version and will get another maintenance at a later date.
