Work orders are set to create in a planned status. Go in and select multiple for firming and then multiple for releasing. It is releasing the work order for 100 units and then creating a second work order in a planned state to be released for 300 units. Cannot tell from the system information or in related records where anything happened to generate the second work order.

We do have allocation strategies turned on and I know it has some bugs. Have the work orders set to a do not allocate setting so that should not be impacting this.
