Dynamically Change Nexus in Vendor Bill like in Sales Transaction?

Hello,

So in Sales transaction, the nexus changes depending on the shipping address but when I try to do that in Purchase Order/Bill record, it doesn't. So does nexus in Purchase Transactions changes dynamically?
