Invoice Sales Order Page also showing Sales Order in Pending Fulfilment

When I go to Transactions - Invoice Sales Order I get all open Sales Orders. This started happening after doing a bundle update that reset our Account Preferences. Want to revert it back. Just want to see Sales Orders in Fulfilled or Partially fulfilled status. This was how it was before the APA configurator update.
