Transferring Funds Between Bank Accounts without base currency

Hi,

Is there any possibility to transfer the funds between two Bank Accounts when either of the accounts doesn't have the base currency?

As per the Suite answer: 7589, We can use Bank Transfer Funds functionality. Either of the accounts has a base currency. In my case, I don't have base currency in either of the Bank accounts.
