Migration to the New E-Document Certification Service

This notice is intended for customers who have the Brazilian Hub SuiteApp (Bundle ID #334878) installed in your account.

On April 29, 2021, Oracle NetSuite is going to discontinue support for the Brazilian Hub Messenger Server. The E-Document Certification Service SuiteApp and Brazil Certification Tax Authorities SuiteApp are replacing the Brazilian Hub Messenger Server. As of April 29, 2021, to issue electronic invoices, you must have migrated your Brazilian subsidiaries to the new e-document certification service.

What is Changing?

E-documents generated in NetSuite, such as electronic invoices, will now be submitted to tax authorities using the E-Document Certification Service and Brazil Certification Tax Authorities SuiteApps.
