Formula to Show Qty on Sales Orders in Inventory Report

edited Apr 19, 2021 6:46PM in Accounting / ERP 4 comments

We have an inventory report we use to see overstock qtys. I discovered yesterday that the formula is not returning the correct results.

This is the criteria:

This was the original results and formula:

Based on that, the results were returning this:

The test item I am using as comparison, should actually show 159 on sales orders and 122 backordered.

So then I thought I could use the formula from the item 360 bundle that shows the qty on SO's.

It returns some information but it is still not accurate.

Any help from the Gurus out there would be greatly appreciated. I need to have a report completed for Management by Monday. I can always back in the correct data outside of NS, but I use this report a lot and would like to find a solution that doesn't involve extra work. Thanks in advance! :)

Howdy, Stranger!
