REMINDER: Phase 3 NetSuite Release 2021.1 Sandbox Upgrade is almost here

in Announcements

Phase 3 customer sandbox account(s) will be upgraded to NetSuite 2021.1 beginning April 18, 2021, and will be taken offline to perform the upgrade.

We are reserving 4 hours for this upgrade maintenance. However, many customer upgrades are completed much faster, within 60 minutes.

Important:

If you request a refresh between April 6, 2021 and your scheduled sandbox upgrade date, your sandbox will remain on 2020.2 version and will get another maintenance at a later date.

If you require assistance or more information, please contact NetSuite Customer Support.
