Reminder: Update the Assertion Consumer Service URL for your SAML Single Sign-on

edited Apr 14, 2021 7:23PM in Announcements

This notice applies to customers who use SAML Single Sign-on as an authentication method for access to the NetSuite UI. NetSuite has determined that some configurations use a different value for the Assertion Consumer Service than the default value.

As of June 1, 2021, any value, other than the default value, will stop working. You must update the configuration metadata with you Identity Provider.

What is Changing?

As of June 1, 2021, the Assertion Consumer Service and Single Logout Service will only support the default value for the NetSuite system domain. Your existing SAML Single Sign-on configuration with your Identity Provider is using a different value than the default value for the Assertion Consumer Service URL. The URL you are using will be deprecated, which may cause your SAML SSO to stop working properly.Required Action
