Workflow field set using Case When formula
Hi There
On the invoice transaction record, I have a custom field called 'customer category'. This is sourcing from the customer record (and the customer category field on that).
I want to set the department on the invoice record based on the value in the customer category record on the invoice.
I am trying to create a workflow action to do this.
So far, I have found that the following works with a 'trigger on' after submit record
Rather than specifying conditions and single values in the values field on the workflow, I was wanting to use a 'case when' formula to populate the department field:
