Changes in Invoice Group Templates

This notice is intended for customers who have the Invoice Groups feature enabled on your NetSuite account.

What is Changing?

Changes to both the detailed view and the summary view of the Standard Invoice Group PDF/HTML template will occur on May 4, 2021. For information on PDF/HTML templates see Invoice Groups and Customer Statements in the NetSuite Help Center.

The invoice alias views in the PDF template code for the custom Invoice Group templates will be renamed as follows:

Why is NetSuite Making this Change?

Some fields were not displaying correctly. This problem occurred when adding new fields for the Invoice Group search. The new Invoice Aliases correct this issue.
