How do I get a custom field to display only after another custom field is filled out.

Good day,

I created 2 custom fields that is currently displaying on my Opportunity form. The first field is called Referring Partner and the second one is called End Customer.

I want the End Customer field to only appear on the entry form after the Referring Partner field is filled out (selected from a custom list I created).

Any guidance will be appreciated.
